This joyful Champagne displays a beautiful copper pink color followed by a cascade of red fruits and a touch of citrusy sweet notes in the mouth.
From a single vineyard in the lieu-dit of ‘En Barmont’, the grapes are harvested quite late to bring concentration.
4 days of ‘semi-carbonique’ maceration, 9 months in barrel and 58 months on lees.
