Côtes d’Amourschwihr qui Gazouille 2018

765

A co-planted and co-fermented cuvée in Alsatian Foudres (large barrels), the wine spends 18 months on its lees.
The result is bluffing between lightness, fruits and freshness, with an impressive textural mid-palate.
A pure expression of the Terroir of Ammerschwihr. A wine with character.
A gastromic wine who would play a nice role at the aperitif or might show even more potential as a food matching.
