A classic approch from the region and its assemblage. Powerfull black fruits in the nose with a hint of licorice.
This powerful, strutured and tannic wine, is finding its balance from the soil bringing this amazing freshness and acidity, which make it juicy and pleasant to drink.

Coming rom a 50 years old vines in the village of Visan.
3 weeks of maceration, followed by a 12 months ageing in barrels and demi-muids for the Syrah, while the Grenache spends it in large conical ones (tronconique).
