Mâcon Serrières ‘Les Graves’ 2021

This Gamay grows on granite soil at an altitude of 400 m, in a plot with perfect exposure, south, south-east, and surrounded by nature with high biodiversity. A magnificent landscape! It seems to give this wine a little character that is both light and wild. The aromas of small red fruits are intense and varied. A snack wine which goes very well with good brown bread and country charcuterie.
