Macon-Loché Cuvée du Clocher 2021

A terrific village wine from Burgundy!
From a 30 years old vineyard, aged 10 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
This Mâcon Loché is a fresh wine, pleasant on the attack, rather fruity with notes of pear and white flowers, well balanced in its progression, with a mineral finish.
Best enjoyed as an aperitif, with cubes of Comté or dry goat cheese. It goes well with fish starters, mushroom puff pastry and also cheese platters.
