Following severe losses due to frost for the past decade, Philippe & Nicolas decided to travel to discover beautiful plots of organic grapes. This Petillant naturel was born from one of this trip.
To create this joyful beverage with fine bubbles, elegant mousse in lightness and fruit, they are going to pick the grapes in the Southwest France.
