Le Scarabée qui Bulle 2014

1,075

A Pétillant Naturel from 2014? Yes and  from the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf.
The wine was named after the large amount of black bettles present in the vineyards!
Despite the 2 years spent in large barrels, the wine kept some residual sugar. This made it the ideal candidate for a long aged Pet’ Nat’, to reveal, as great Champagnes, a great terroir.
On lees for 4 years, 0 dosage.
A Pet’ Nat’ that plays on the same playgroung than our Champagnes.

”Producing an agricultural product in a natural way requires great care from the farmer: by working “without a net”, we obtain a product that nourishes the mind and body, arouses emotion and remains healthy”
