This wine undergoes whole-bunch fermentation with indigenous yeast and is aged in horizontal fiberglass tanks to ensure optimal lees contact, resulting in depth and complexity.

With a herbally nose and notes of red fruits with distinct blueberries, the wine offers a cozy palate experience and balance between the lightness and peppery qualities.
