IGP Vin des Allobroges ‘Silice Blanc’ 2022

A négoce cuvée that comes from biodynamically farmed 60 year old vines on a clay limestone soils in Apremont.
A third is vinified in barriques (two to three years old), the rest in fiberglass tanks. The wine is then aged for at least 9 months with only one gram of sulfur used at bottling.
