In this assemblage coming from 40 years old vines, Valerie ferments every grape varietals separately in concrete tanks to respect the varietal and its terroir. 1 year of ageing in concrete and clay jars for a deep, complex and velvety wine.
Forget the heavy and oaky wine of the region, expect juicyness and fruit.
